Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the team meets performance and service goals. This role involves supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager acts as the point of contact in the absence of the Manager and ensures smooth workflow and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to meet business goals.
Supervise and support staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements for processes.
Manage inventory, scheduling, and budgeting where applicable.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
