Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective sales strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads, set up meetings with potential clients, and follow up to close deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and present proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MBA or similar).
